Dr. Mallinger is a native of West St. Paul and a 1975 graduate of Henry Sibley High School. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota in 1983.

Dr. Mallinger is dedicated to excellence in comprehensive dentistry and international post-graduate dental education. He is a graduate and alumnus of the Misch International Implant Institute and the L.D. Pankey Institute, dedicated to post-graduate education and excellence in dentistry. He has been married to his wife, Christi, for twenty-eight years and they are proud parents of seven children, Rachel, Rebekah, Angela, Jessica, Nicholas, Mary, and Olivia. Outside the office, he enjoys fishing, bicycling, golfing, skiing, singing, and spending time with his family.
